Dates of usage:
From March 7, 2022 to April 15, 2022 – both dates inclusive. 9 am to 6 pm on All Weekdays except Sundays and any scheduled public holidays.
Any extension beyond April 15 must be informed and sign up process, including related payments must be made at least 15 days in advance.
The availability on above dates is subject to receipt of payment as per details below.
Commercial Details:
Access to One Training Space + One 3 seater cabin with following inclusions: AC Classroom, Wifi, Projector, Drinking water, 2 times Tea/ coffee, general storage, bike parking on first come first serve basis: Rs. 15,500 per day plus GST
Payment Schedule:
Advance rent for first 15 days: Before commencement of usage: (7th March to 23rd March): Rs 2,74,350/- (including @18% GST Rs.232500 + 41850).
Payment for the subsequent period upto 15th April to be made on or before 17th March.
KYC norms:
GST certificate & PAN of the company and Aadhaar of authorised persons would be required to be submitted.
KYC / identification of all attendees/ participants may be asked for as part of compliance.
Other Terms of usage:
The access to the space is conditional and only for the purpose of your training needs for the time period / dates stated above. The access at no stage amounts to tenancy and access to other parts of the premises is not allowed except for common areas like washrooms, reception.
The usage of the premises should be done only for legitimate and professional purposes and not for any illegal. Immoral or unlawful activities. Full decorum shall be maintained in the premises and no nuisance should be caused to any other occupants of the premises. Good care will be taken of all equipment and furniture in the premises and if any damage caused due to negligence or mishandling, the same shall be made good be restoring to original condition at the time of starting the space usage or by making payment to the satisfaction of the premises. You take responsibility of conduct of all participants making use of the premises.
Cancellation & Refunds: Booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled. In case of force majeure related factors, a mutually agreeable solution like postponement of dates to resolve the situation would be worked out.
