- Utilities: The services include charges for power, water, and gas charges, if any.
- Maintenance: Maintenance of all furniture and equipment as offered are included
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping, and periodic heavy cleaning is included along with all consumables for housekeeping.
- 24/7 Security: In addition to campus security by developer, center will also have security personnel
- Unlimited Beverages: Unlimited drinking water / tea / coffee is included from conveniently places stations across the center
Wifi, IT Bandwidth with downtime redundancy: Leased line with dual redundancy bandwidth will be available via WIFI. - IT Helpdesk: IT helpdesk will be offered to team member to support in routine IT local challenges & common infrastructure support such as printing etc.
- Printing: Printing will be free up to 30 A4 black and white prints per seat availed. Additional printing will be on chargeable basis.
- Events participation: Free participation in unpaid events organized to offer new learning experiences.
- Events Space: Events space can be booked for usage on pre-booked time slots, at rates to be decided subsequently.
- Access Cards: Complimentary Access Card will be provided 1 per each seat provided. Extra cards or lost cards are chargeable at INR 500 per card.
- Centre Timing: Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM
