Operating Procedure for Co-working at Power Linkers Times Square:
1.0 Office Timing shall be from 9 AM to 6-7 PM,
2.0 Office working shall be excluding:
2.1 4 Sundays
2.2 2 Saturdays (To be defined on Friday) of the Month and
2.3 8 Festival holidays per year as per our Holiday Calendar.
3.0 Company Pan Card, GST Certificate and Aadhar Card of the Personnels occupying the sapce shall be forwarded at the start.
4.0 Following Space is Hired by Co: JM Aluminium.
Cabin: IMR-3.
Any other space if required within the office will be separate at extra cost.
5.0 BMC Potable water through RO Machine/Water Cooler shall be available.
6.0 2 rounds of Tea/Coffee per day shall be complimentary.
Additional Tea or Coffee shall be Chargeable extra t Rs.25/- Per Cup
7.0 Lunch shall be taken in Cafeteria only. Food shall not be taken in working area /cabin. In Cafeteria only Veg food shall be taken.
8.0 This is a silent office. Hence, when on call the talking will be with low tone-voice without loud noise. Mobiles shall be kept in silent or low tone.
9.0 Printing, Xerox and Internet Facility is available at extra cost.
10.0 Additional Storage Cabinets other than the respective Table storage will be available at Extra cost.
No outside furniture shall be permitted.
11.0 JM personnel’s shall will wear badge with straps indicating JM company name. This is required to identify them by our admin team.
12.0 The lock in period shall be for 1 Year. After 1 Year, the notice period shall be for 3 Months.
The customer will pay 100% Bill in advance.
13.0 Interest Free Security Deposit shall be 3 Months Rent amount.
14.0 The customer agrees to reimburse any damages to any assets except regular Wear & Tear.

• The charges are of conditional access to Cabin IMR – 3 and associated services as shown during your visit.
• The charges for the cabin and associated services should be paid in advance by 7th of every month. Non payment of charges in timely manner will be considered as breach of contract.
• The Terms of usage are as per the addendum as attached. Any changes to the terms of usage of space and services shall be informed well in time.
• Renewal / Expansion: The contract ends on the last day mentioned in the contract. For continuation or renewal of contract, at least 2 months advance intimation must be given and the renewal shall be at an increment of 10%. If you need to take more seats / services, same must be asked for in writing and same shall be provided, subject to availability and mutually agreeable pricing.
• The space will be used for legitimate business and commercial activities and you indemnify M/s Power Linkers and OfficingNow against consequences of using the space for any illegal, immoral or activities non compliant with regulatory authorities.
• Termination / Ending the contract: The contract automatically ends at the end of period mentioned in this document. M/s Power Linker or OfficingNow can, without prejudice, terminate the contract prior to the date mentioned in the event of continued non compliance of terms of contract, conduct of illegal and immoral activities. Consequences of termination of contract on these grounds would be entirely borne by you.
• Return of Security Deposit: The Security Deposit is a non interest bearing Deposit and will be returned on the end of contract period simultaneous with vacating the premises after adjusting for any unpaid dues.
• Lock in Period: You may not terminate the contract prior to end of contract period. In the event of earlier termination of the contract, the security deposit will be forfeited and the balance amount till end of contract would be liable to be paid.
• Unforeseen Circumstances or Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control of M/s Power Linker or OfficingNow, or Force Majeure reasons impacting both sides, if the space becomes unavailable for extended periods of time, an alternate similar space, on best effort basis would be provided in the same premises or nearby areas.
