The terms of deal:
Number of attendees: 50. The partitions would be removed from the hall to allow for larger group to sit
Amenities: AC Training hall with wifi, projector / whiteboard with markers, 2 times tea / coffee on May 24-27 and 1 time on May 28

May 24, 25, 26, 27: Rs 30,000/- + GST per day = Rs 1,20,000/- + GST
May 28 (upto 2 pm): Rs 13,750 + GST. Excess charges per hour for extension beyond 2 pm: Rs 1500/- + GST per hour
Total for May 24 – 28: 1,33,750/- + GST

Additional costs:
Lunch: as per menu selection + handling charges – to be settled directly by client at venue
Excess count beyond 50: Rs 600 per person per day + GST

Payment Terms: 100% advance at time of booking.
